Shipping policy

Timeframe
Since we offer a made-to-order and custom service, please generally allow a minimum of three weeks from the date you place your purchase until your item is shipped. Processing times can differ according to order volume.

Shortly after you place your order, we will provide a more exact estimation of the probable shipping date and give you the option to make additional requests or change your mind. Depending on your location, shipping may take an additional few days to a week or more. 

Locations, Pricing and Means of Delivery
Within Switzerland, shipping is free of charge. We also offer in-studio pickup by appointment. You may select that option during the checkout process and we will arrange a convenient time for you to stop by. 

Shipping to bordering countries, a regional area that includes Austria, Germany, France, and Italy is a flat rate of CHF 10.

Shipping to other countries including the United States is a flat rate of CHF 20.

We ship via Swiss Post. We use a tracking service with all shipments and will provide you with tracking information at the time of shipment.  

Customs and Duties 
PLEASE NOTE: For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs or duties fees that may be required by their governmental authorities. Generally, this is not an issue with shipments to the United States.
